A California Notary public is a public officer appointed and commissioned by the Secretary of State whose function is to administer oaths; to take acknowledgments of deeds and other instruments; to attest to or certify photocopies of certain documents; and to perform other duties specified by law.

Monday - Friday: Orange County, California (Most cities include, Anaheim, Buena Park, Cypress, Stanton, Garden Grove, Fullerton, Brea, Lake Forest, Irvine, Mission Viejo) I try to keep it within 20 miles of Lake Forest (give or take a few miles)

Saturday and Sunday, distance traveled is negotiable....from San Diego, Los Angeles and Riverside Counties.

As far as electronic documents go, I can receive and print them out. I do not do electronic signings.

Sunday is available by appointment, for an extra fee of $25 in addition to signing fees.

If you have a specific time need that is outside my perimeters, please contact me and I will do my best to accommodate you!

Simple Notary Signatures = $10 per signature
Loan Package = $150 (includes printing original +1 copy, travel fee)
2nd Loan Package = $75 (same location/time as the first)
Travel Fee = $25 (includes 100 miles round trip)
Sunday Appointment = $25
Express Mail Fee = is actual rate based on carrier used (or you can provide me with your account number)
